City’s Mobile Office heads to Langa and Elsies River

This week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to Langa and Elsies River where residents will have access to a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The details of the visit are as follows:
- Thursday, 11 April 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Langa Housing Office Boardroom, Corner of Washington Street and Lerotholi Avenue, Langa
- Friday, 12 April 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Leonsdale Civic Centre, 12th Avenue, Leonsdale, Elsies River
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of enquiries ranging from rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
‘The City’s mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. We are committed to ensuring that the City works for you and ask that those who reside or live close to Langa, Hanover Park and Elsies River take up this opportunity this Thursday and Friday. Please remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
